How will I receive my loan proceeds?

What are the accepted valid IDs?

The following government-issued IDs are accepted:
Passport 
– Official travel document
UMID / SSS ID Government identify
Driver’s License – Legally driving a vehicle
Philippine National ID (PhilID) / Resident ID / Permit ID – The official national identification card

How long is the approval process?

Once you have submitted all required documentation, the standard review and approval time is not more than 12 – 48 hours.

What happens if I pay late?

To avoid additional charges, please ensure that your monthly installments are paid on time. If you anticipate any difficulty making a payment, please contact your loan assistant as soon as possible so we can discuss available payment arrangements. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 3% – 5% per month, calculated based on the outstanding unpaid balance.

Why are you open Monday to Sunday?

We operate 7 days a week to accommodate our clients worldwide, particularly OFWs, who work across different time zones. We understand that your schedule may only allow you to manage your finances during weekends or outside traditional Philippine business hours.

How to repay installment?

For repayment installments, the amount will usually be provided to you along with the repayment account details. You can then transfer the funds via your banking app, app transfer, or at a nearby remittance center to the company's bank account. The company will also send you a reminder via email 2 days before the repayment due date

When will I pay monthly installment?

Normally, monthly installments start on the same day you received the loan, but in the following month. For this month, we've a special offer for all borrowers: repayment will start in the second month (one monthly installment will be waived). However, you may also request that your monthly installments be processed on the second day after you receive your salary, which may be more convenient for you.

Why is there no office phone number to call?

For your security and ours, we conduct all transactions through recorded digital channels. This ensures a 100% transparent audit trail of all agreements, timestamps, and details. This policy promotes full accountability and protects both the borrower and the company from any verbal misunderstandings.

Which floor is your office on?

Our office is located on the 17th floor of the Techzone Building in Makati. Please note that we do not accept walk-in loan applications, as we operate as a digital online lending company. All applications must be submitted and processed online. Office visits are available by appointment only, while registration and loan processing remain fully online.

"Instalment Agreement", The Lender And The Borrower Agree To And Jointly Abide By This Agreement. Adhering To The Principles Of Equity, Voluntary, Honesty And Reputation, There Is No Consensus, This Small Loan Agreement Is Signed And Ensures Compliance And Performance By The Parties.

Loan Form: Use An Unsecured ID Card To Request A Loan.

Premium Interest Rate: Interest Rates, Fines, Service Charges Or Any Fees. Total Not More Than 5% Per Year.

[1] If It Is Not Possible To Borrow Money From The Account Due To The Borrower S Problem, The Borrower Should Cooperate With The Lender To Finalize The Payment.

 

[2] Comply With All The Terms Of The Contract.

Article 1 : In the case of online borrowers without collateral, The lenders run the risk of lending. Borrowers must show their financial status to the company to confirm their responsibility to repay their debts. The company will confirm Guarantee Loan Insurance. The borrower will withdraw the full amount of the loan account.

Article 2 : After Signing This Contract, Both The Borrower And The Lender Must Comply With All Requirements Of The Contract. If Either Party Breaches The Contract, The Other Party Has The Right To Sue In Court. The Party Not Complying With This Will Have To Pay A Fine Of 50 Percent Of The Installment Amount If It Does Not Object.

Article 3 : In The Event That The Credit Transfer Cannot Be Resolved Due To The Problems Of The Borrower, The Lender Has The Right To Request The Borrower To Assist In Handling It. After Completing This Operation, The Lender Has To Transfer The Funds.

Article 4 : The Borrower Shall Repay The Loan Principal And Interest Within The Period Specified In The Contract. If The Borrower Wants To Apply For Loan Extension, He / She Has To Disburse It 5 Days Before The Contract Period.

Article 5 : Since your loan application was submitted online, the lender assumes the Party B must provide the Party A assumes and requires verification of financial capability and identity to ensure the borrower’s legitimacy, prevent fraud, and securely disburse the loan.

Article 6 : If The Borrower Breaches The Terms Specified In This Agreement .

Article 7 : The Borrower Cannot Use The Loan For Illegal Activities. Otherwise, The Lender Reserves The Right To Require The Borrower To Repay The Principal And Interest Promptly And The Legal Consequences Shall Be Borne By The Borrower.

Article 8 :
(1) Modification Or Termination Of Contract: In All Of The Above Provisions, Neither Party Is Permitted To Modify Or Terminate The Contract Without Permission. When Either Party Wishes To Bring To The Fore Such Facts In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law, He Must Notify The Other Party In Writing In Time For The Settlement. After This Agreement Is Modified Or Terminated, The Borrower Shall Repay 30% To The Principal And Interest In Accordance With The Terms Of This Agreement.

(2) Cancellation of a loan application that has been processed may result in a document fine of 30% of the total loan amount.

Article 10 : This Short Loan Agreement Takes Effect From The Date Of Its Signing By Both Parties (Including The Electronic Agreement). The Text Of The Contract Has The Same Legal Effect. The Lender And Borrower Keep A Copy Of The Contract.

Article 9 : The Borrower Shall Repay The Principal And Interest Within The Period Specified In The Contract. For The Overdue Portion, The Lender Is Entitled To Recover The Loan And Collect 5% Of The Total Amount Due.
